Hello and Welcome to the Glow Up!

 

I'm Michelle, Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetic Medicine and owner of The Glow Up Aesthetics. After 9 years spent working as an RN in the stressful hospital environment, I was motivated to look for a refreshing take on nursing. I started working as an aesthetic RN back in 2019 and fell in love with helping people look and feel their best. The artistic side that I didn’t realize I had soon became a huge passion of mine. I founded The Glow Up in 2021 and began working alongside my incredible team. Together we are committed to guiding you on your aesthetic journey!

 

In my spare time, I love to take my two young daughters on trips, watch them grow and thrive in their school sports and activities, and spend quality time with close family and friends (especially if it involves food!).

Bailee is absolutely obsessed with making people feel as beautiful and confident as possible. Bailee started her beauty, skin lovin’ journey in 2019. After a bunch of soul searching and career hopping, she finally found her passion in Aesthetics. She completed her Oregon Aesthetics license, and then immediately started Advanced Aesthetics Training.

 

What is Advanced Aesthetics? And what is in her scope of practice? Advanced Aesthetics is the practice of medical aesthetics in Oregon. It encompasses multiple modalities which include Skin Rejuvenation, Body Contouring, Dyschromia Reduction, Cellulite Reduction, and hair removal. Using VioraMed IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), and VioraMed Skin Tightening/Cellulite reduction. Her other services include CO2 Laser Resurfacing and Radiofrequency Microneedling. Bailee is highly educated and certified to provide you with these services.

Hi I’m LeAnn! I’ve been a nurse since 2006. I have experience in trauma critical care, labor and delivery, hospital management, and have been practicing aesthetics for several years now. 

 

I’m passionate about safe aesthetic practice and natural rejuvenation with injectables. I offer wrinkle relaxation (AKA Botox), PRP services, Sculptra, and dermal fillers. I am a busy working mother of 2 little boys, a new baby girl, and a bonus son.

 

In my free time I love a good, sweaty high intensity workout and baking healthy treats for my loved ones.
