LeAnn is a Family Nurse Practitioner with two decades of nursing experience, known for her compassion and dedication to patient care. As a wife and mother, LeAnn understands the importance of balance and self-care, which fuels her passion for helping others feel confident and naturally beautiful.

 

LeAnn is a wife and busy mother to 4 beautitul chiildren. An avid fitness enthusiast, she embraces a healthy, active lifestyle and brings that same energy and dedication to everything she does. LeAnn combines her clinical expertise with a personal touch, ensuring her patients feel supported, empowered, and confident in their own skin.

Michelle is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetic Medicine. After 9 years spent working as an RN in the stressful hospital environment, she was motivated to look for a refreshing take on nursing. Michelle started working as an aesthetic RN in 2019 and fell in love with helping people look and feel their best. The artistic side, that she didn’t realize,  soon became a huge passion for her. Michelle originally founded The Glow Up Aesthetics, later passing onwernship to LeAnn. Together we are committed to guiding you on your aesthetic journey!

 

In her spare time, Michelle loves to take my two young daughters on trips, watch them grow and thrive in their school sports and activities, and spend quality time with close family and friends (especially if it involves food!).

Bailee is absolutely obsessed with making people feel as beautiful and confident as possible. Bailee started her beauty, skin lovin’ journey in 2019. After a bunch of soul searching and career hopping, she finally found her passion in Aesthetics. She completed her Oregon Aesthetics license, and then immediately started Advanced Aesthetics Training.

 

What is Advanced Aesthetics? And what is in her scope of practice? Advanced Aesthetics is the practice of medical aesthetics in Oregon. It encompasses multiple modalities which include Skin Rejuvenation, Body Contouring, Dyschromia Reduction, Cellulite Reduction, and hair removal. Using VioraMed IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), and VioraMed Skin Tightening/Cellulite reduction. Her other services include CO2 Laser Resurfacing and Radiofrequency Microneedling. Bailee is highly educated and certified to provide you with these services.
